There are 3 testing lines to synchronize RF data calibration, MAC writing, functions testing etc .Intelligent detection of semi-finished products,provide real-time quality assurance for each product. Equipped with 4 standard production lines and product aging room to complete the product assembly, aging, finished product testing, packaging, etc. Flow process on SOP,Standardized operation training and management become the guarantee of stable production. All the products have gone through more than 100 inspections and testing during the production and we manage the whole production process through MES system, realize production transparency and traceable.
